Charaken Co.,Ltd. originated from one department aimed at “developing original characters". “The Bears’ School” started at the department under the mission “creating original character brand based on picture books".
And now, we have developed a series of picture books which are the essence of “The Bears’ School” brand, have had various companies develop goods, and have established shops and performed events, collaboration, charity activities, etc., which has made our company an integrated producer.
We would like to come up with matters that nobody tries to do or can not do, together with writers and employees, and to raise our characters as those loved by people all over the world and continue to evolve all the time through challenging various matters.

“The Bears' School” was created by me and Ms. Nami Adachi. But we are not the only ones who brought up.
Many people, especially the members of “Character Institute” showed affection for the characters, and gently and warmly raised them.
“Character Institute" is such a company. It is the company that creates and develops attractive characters that represent Japan and are drawing attentions from the world. It is small, but is mighty company with full of love (laugh).
Such a company has finally appeared in Japan. We are looking forward to the future more and more.

Making continuous efforts will become the power. One and only thing in the world has been created from where there was nothing. It seems to be easy, but actually not. It seems to be a miracle, but it is also a result of continuous full attention. It was created by the power of many people.
I think that this world has the possibility to continue forever. I would like to raise the world to the level with much better quality. And, most importantly, I would like to value this world much more.
